1st Lane - Right foot exaggerated strides. Push, count 3, bring foot back to centre, count 2, push again with same foot.
2nd Lane - Two foot forward Skulls.
3rd Lane - Two foot backwards skulls.
4th Lane - Left foot exaggerated strides. (Same as right foot)
(Coach to work out one goalie at a time. Other goalie to join drill.)
Notes: - At all times belly button stays level and steady which means:
- for exaggerated strides, the supporting leg remains bent the entire time.
- for two foot skulls, the knees must bend every time the feet come to the middle.
