The Bowtie

Description

1) goalie starts at "G", attacks out to opposite cone, stops and sets, and then pushes to post
* heel on the post, stay tight to the post
2) go back the same way: back to cone, back down to original post
3) shuffle post to post
* do the same drill going the other way, starting on the other post

Notes: The pattern looks like a bowtie when done both ways, hence the name of the drill.

2-5 reps each way for one set of the drill.

Variation: butterfly at each cone, and then recover to the posts.
* can also add VH position at each post
