pressure breakout

Description
Whistle starts the drill with F's attacking. Five on two defend and breakout of the zone. F's play until the blue line then 5-0 until whistle. At whistle first 2 F's back to bench attack zone against the next group of 5.
Notes: If breakout spots are not quick and exact stops and starts proceed to D zone coverage drill. (next 0 minutes.)
