Description

On whistle, first group skates with puck between blue lines. Coaches are trying to strip the puck. On whistle, crisp pass to partner at pylon and leave zone while second group continues same drill. Drill is continuous for 10 minutes.

Notes: Focus on heads-up skating, tight turns, good puck control.
