4-Cone Shuffle

Description

2) When shuffling, stay square to the (imaginary) play. Goalie should start 1-2 feet outside the crease and end up, after shuffling, with heels at the top at the crease. Doing this while staying square is the difficult, but necessary, part.

Notes: Variation: the points at the low cone can be replaced with shots if a shooting drill is desired.

Alternate sides. 2-3 reps per side in one set.
