2 on 1's - F's in Corner, D at center to start

Description

Position Defence at center ice with pucks and forwards in opposite corners. Forwards form 2 lines in each corner.

D takes puck and skates to pylon, D passes puck to F1 in corner and pivots to skate backwards. F1 receives pass and then carries down the ice with F2 and executes a 2 on 1 trying to beat #. attempting to beat the D and get a shot on net.

After the shot the D returns to center ice and the forwards goes to the opposite corner and repeats against the other D line.

Run both sides of the ice at the same time.

Switch corners at the half way point of the drill.
