Description

FORWARDS
from inside the circle the forwards each have a puck and shoot from their spot then skate aroun the out side of the cicrle up to the cone and back in on net receiving a pass from a coach and into the net shooting and playing rebound.

DEFENCE
2 defencemen down below the goal line clears the puck up the boards to th e defencemen waiting to keep the puck in the zone then makes a D to D pass and the inside D steps in and shoots alternating sides. After shooting the defencmen gose to the side the pass came from.
