Description

Coach fires the puck into one corner, D1 then retrieves the puck and fires it up and out, D2 tries to pin the puck in the zone, if successful, he then brings the puck to the middle of the ice and shoots the puck. Meanwhile, D1 then retrieves back to the front of the net. Coach fires the puck into the other corner, and the drill is repeated on the opposite side. Finally, Coach fires the puck in, D1 then retrieves the puck, and looks for open ice and carries it out.
