Description

Drill runs from both ends. D1 on one end of blue line with F1 on the other side.On whistle they skate towards ech other and stop at halfway point.F1 circles into end zone and receives a pass from Coach and heads up ice on a 1 on 1 with D3 from other blue line.Meanwhile D1 has skate to closed gap on F3 who has received a pass from his Coach and goes 1 on 1 with D3.
