Description

Coach has pucks at center ice.
F1 and D1 start on red line (F1 on his back)
On whistle; F1 gets up and recieves a pass from C; D1 skates backwards pivots and trying to angle the F to the outside.
on Whistle skate out hard; repeat from other side. Players should switch sides after each rush.
