Description

Drill 1 - D Drill
Line up in corner - 2 line up in position
on wistle corner fires puck up the boards - Outside D traps puck and passes to inside D - who firs on net.

Drill 2 - O B/O Drill

lines on hash marks agains boards and at blue line
on wistle blue line attacks picking up puck and carrying it around the net starting the break out.
passes to player at hash mark and continues driving out of zone - player from hash mark imm. passes back to driving player. Both exit zone - wrap around cones and proceed with a 2 on 0 rush.
