Description
Coach dumps the puck in either defence picks the puck up and passes to the centre. Centre and forwards leave together at the same time and button hook at the redline. Defence come out to the Blueline and then skate backwards to defend.
Notes: Starts as a breakout and then turns into a 3 on 2 attack. Encourage quick passes and end the drill after 1st attack.
