Description

Defense at blue line , Forwards in corner
On signal starting at bottom of circle , and blue line , forwards and defense exchange passes moving down ice until Forwards clear zone . Once clear of zone , Forward takes puck back in for shot on net .
Defense turns hustles up ice to pick up loose puck down low , while forward after shot clears zone again and positions for stretch pass from D

Work both sides at same time

Notes: First shot has to be from high slot to to enable forward to time second pass

STRETCH PASS HAS TO BE HARD

Forward to yell for pass

Option to rotate all players in both lines

Good drill to catch other team on line change
