Description

Players start from opposite corners .

On signal each player races up ice pivots, backwards between blue lines, and picks up puck in corner .

Puck is carried to centre ice .

When BOTH players are through gates ( pylons at circle ) they make simultaneous opposing passes .

After pass take puck in for shot on goal

Notes: Switch sides after several reps.

Increase / decease size of gates depending on skill level
