Description
Station 1:
1 v 1 in the corner. Focus on strong sticks and quick shot release. High intensity shifts of about 20 seconds then new group.
Station 2:
Skate to pass. Three players skate while passing between the blue lines. Focus on fast skating and skating towards the puck, not waiting for it.
