Neutral Zone Loose Puck - Pass & Rush

Diagrams

Description

Players line up in two groups near center ice, one group along the boards the other near center ice. Coach dumps a puck along the boards. First player in line (Winger) races to the puck, corralling it as quickly as possible and looking to make a pass as soon as possession and control is gained. As soon as the winger gains control, a second player (Center) races down the center of the ice to receive the pass and go in for a shot. The winger, meanwhile, charges hard to the net in case of a rebound.
