Description

This Drill will be run out of both sides at once (Only one side is drawn in)
D1 & D2 start without puck and skate around circle pivoting between Fwd and Bkwd
-D1 pass to D2
-D2 pass to F2 (D1 & D2 get up to blue line to play forwards coming from far end)

-F1 time swing and get pass from F2 and carry puck wide through NZ
-F2 Fill middle lane
-Just inside blue line F1 & F2 cross and F1 drop pass to F2 (or F1 Fake drop pass and continue to carry puck)
-Play 2 on 2 to net
