Description

Start with two players in the middle of the coned off area.
One player with the puck. On the whistle the player with the puck tries to fake out the mirror player as to which side they are going to try to carry the puck over.
Stick handle back and forth moving side to side, stopping and starting trying to through the mirror player off.
When the puck carrier commits to the taking it over one of lines betweeen the cones the mirror player tried to beat them over the line.

Notes: Change the mirror players and puck handlers after a few turns.
Rotate groups to go against different players.

The battle should be for 30 seconds MAX.
