Description

Line players up in 4 groups in all corners, front of line is at the hash marks. Players will need pucks. Position 3 pylons equidistant across each blueline. Identify two lines as high and two lines as low. On whistle high lines skate to far blueline, weave through pylons and then go for shot on net. Low lines go to close blueline, weave through pylons and then go in for a shot on net.

On next whistle high lines become low and low lines become high.
