4 Blue Line Warm Up A - Phase 1

Description

Divide players into 4 groups, and position the first player in each group at one of the blueline/board intersections.

On whistle opposite lines go. First player (X1) in line loops around neutral zone face off dot and goes in for a shot. Second player (X2) in line loops around center face off circle ON THE OUTSIDE and goes in for a shot. The third player (X3) delays a little and then goes around the center face off circle ON THE INSIDE and in the opposite direction to the second player.

The opposite line (X4, X5 and X6) execute the drill at the same time as X1, X2 and X3. If everthing is timed right there will be no collisions.
