4 Blue Line Warm Up A - Phase 3

Description

Divide players into 4 groups, and position the first player in each group at one of the blueline/board intersections.

On whistle X1 passes to X7. After pass X1 and X7 skate up ice. X7 executes a pass to the opposite line (X4) quickly. While X1 and X7 loop inside blueline X4 passes to X10. X7 needs to loop below X10 and then receive pass from X10. X7 and X1 then execute a 2 on 0 up ice, one pass minimum between them.
