4 Blue Line Warm Up A - Phase 4

Description
Divide players into 4 groups, and position the first player in each group at one of the blueline/board intersections. Position coaches in middle of bluelines as shown.
On whistle X1 passes to Coach at far blueline. X4 skates intro the neutral zone and opens up, X1 also skates into neutral zone and loops. Coach passes to X4. X and X4 then execute a 2 on 0 up ice, one pass minimum between them.
Progression 1 - Replace Coach with D
Progression 2 - Pass can come from X1 or X4
Progression 3 - D can pick either X2 or X4 for the return pass
