Description

3 v 2 in one end
Position an X (X1) along the blue lin, this player cannot come off the blue line but no other player can take the puck away from X1. Now place two X's (X2, X3) and two O's (O1, O2) in the zone, X2, X3 are trying to score and O1, O2 are defending. Teach X2, X3 to use X1 and move within the zone to get open. Teach X1 to move along the line to look for an open pass.

Run 30-40 second shifts and switch players.

Can run in one end as a station or in both ends.
