Description

Station 1: 1:1 Drill. D1 carries puck and passes (bank pass optional) to Coach. F1 skates around far cone and receives a pass from Coach.

Station 2: Skating backwards with Puck and pass: X2 skates backward with puck, pivots and gores around cone. In parallel, X1 skates backwards without puck, pivots and goes forward. X2 and X1 exchange passes up to blue line.

Station 3 : Pass and Shoot Drill. Players rotate positions counterclockwise. Switch sides and go clockwise after 5 minutes
