Divide F into 2 groups and position in the open opposite corners
Place pucks behind net

D initiates play by skating behind net and picking up a puck. D carries puck to goal line and then executes a pass to F1 at the hash marks. F1 carries puck to the center redline and makes a pass to D5 (D6 has initiated drill on other side). D5 passes across to F6 (F5 has left since both sides are going at the same time). F1 loops within zone and receives pass from F6. D1 has followed F1 up the ice mirroring the loop in the zone. D1 pivots as F1 receives pass and both players execute a one on one up the ice.

Progression to 2 on 1 - After F6 makes pass to F1, F6 joins F1 in 2 on 1.
