Description

2 Lines, Forwards and Defense
Position players for defensive face-off and have center call out rim play or code name for rim play. Simulate win to corner and have D pick up puck and rim around the net. Have wingers jump as shown and then exit the zone as per a normal breakout.

Center carries puck for a short distance and then makes pass to far winger. Far winger than brings the puck in on net for a shot. Other winger follows play for a shot. Center then goes to corner, takes puck and passes back to D, D executes a D to D pass for another shot. Wingers screen.

Switch sides halfway through drill.
