Description

Position Forwards along red line at opposite sides of ice with pucks. D are lined up on opposite blue lines as shown. 1st phase shown in blue/red, 2nd phase in black.

On whistle D skates to neutral zone dot and pivots. As soon as D pivots F takes off. F and D execute a one on one. After one on one have forward come out of zone and receive pass from next forward in line (F2), F1 and F2 then execute a 2 on 1 against D4. D4 needs to come out of zone and close gap for 2 on 1. Run on both sides of ice and switch half way through

Switch sides half way through drill.
