Section 1: Quick Start and accelaration to blue line and stop and return to goal line as quick as possible. Repeat drill to Red Line and back to goal Line. First 5 min no puck, next 5 min w/puck
Section 2: Player skates forward to pylon and pivots to skate backwards to were they started and continue to second pylon, 5min non stop. Do drill with puck for 5min non stop. Correct players if not doing drill properly
Section 3: Edge control! Tight turns around pylons and skate hard back to goal line
