Bob Hartley Warm Up
Description
1. Player starting at position 1 and 2 skates out loops through neutral zone.
2. After the turn up ice above the offside dot they explode and call for a pass from the player at the
opposite blue line. (1 gets from 3, and 2 gets from 4)
3. They receive the pass at FULL SPEED and then take a Shot. (SHOOT TO SCORE)
4. Wait until next shooter comes and look for rebound.
5. Player starting at position 3 and 4 skates out loops through neutral zone.
6. After the turn up ice above the offside dot they explode and call for a pass from the player at the
opposite blue line.(3 gets from 1, and 4 gets from 2)
7. They receive the pass at FULL SPEED and then take a Shot. (SHOOT TO SCORE)
8. Wait until next shooter comes and look for rebound.
DO NOT GO OFFSIDE!!!
