Description

All players start at the blue line beside the coach
each player skates through the series of pylons (depending upon skill level, each player goes once first player hits the first pylon). each player will curl around the last pylon and have their heads up looking for a pass from the coach and skate up the middle of the ice with his/her head up and going in for a shot on net.

Notes: this drill is to be run continuously. after a few runs through this drill have players switch sides.
