Description

On the whistle, X's skate toward O's. After 3 strides, X's pass to O's. X's then pivot toward the boards and open up to receive the pass. O's then pass to X's on the move. X's cut to net from blue line and shoot. Once this is running smoothly for a couple of turns, graduate into a double open up.
