Description

All four groups start at the same time.
Groups on left hand side of each goalie skates hard with puck to neutral offside dot, hard turn back to goal and shot on net at hash marks. Return to right hand group.
Groups on right hand side of each goalie skates hard with puck makes a complete 360 around center ice and shot at net from the hash marks. Return to left hand group.

Notes: This is a great looking drill when executed continuously.
