Description

Divide players into 2 groups as shown and position one player (X7) below goal line as shown.

X1 initiates play by passing to X7. After passing X1 skates through circle and receives return pass from X7. X1 controls and takes shot on net. After shooting X1 drops below goal line and X7 goes into line. X4 starts next cycle by passing to X1 and mirroring X1's initial movements.
