Description

1. On whistle, F1 and F2 curl deep for pass fromn F3 and F4
2. F3 and F4 pass to F1 and F2, then backcheck.
3. D1 and D2 pivot and play 1-1 with F1 and F2.
4. F3 and F4 backcheck to top of circles, then get pass from F5 and F6. D3 and D4 step out, once F1 and F2 pass them, ready to play defense vs F3 and F4.
5. Repeat drill, keep flow.

Defense switch sides when done
