Skating Circle and Passing

Description

Forwards line up across from each other
D line up beside each other.
On coaches whistle all players skate around the circle
D always facing up ice and pivoting at top and bottom of circles
Forwards skating forwards at all times

Forwards make pass to forward at top of circle and get the puck back then make another pass to second forward at the bottom of the circle and get the puck back

Defence switch which d man they pass to but always face up ice

On coaches whistle player changes direction.

Skate to exhaustion, make passes when tired.

two whistles (next player in circle)

Notes: Forwards can also try pivots
