Description

- The drill starts with F1 & F2 going 2 on 1 against D1 (F1 can start with the puck the first time).

- After a chance the coach blows the whistle and D1 retrieves a puck from behind the net and makes a quick outlet pass to F3 or F4.

- F3 and F4 now attack the new D forming a 2 on 1 in the opposite direction.

- The drill continues back and forth.

Notes: - D need to focus on cutting out the pass, quick retrieval out puck and accurate outlet pass.

- F need to focus on quick high tempo attack in the small area.
