Description

Divide team into 2 groups and line each group up along a blueline as shown above.

On whistle first 2 players in each line (X1, X2, O1, O2) enter neutral zone with pucks. Players skate through neutral zone executing moves, pivots and making passes to other players on bluelines. If a player is passed to they then return the pass to the player in the middle.

On Whistle players return to end of line.

Progression
On whistle players go in for shot on goalie.
