Crazy Eight's

Description
Have girls divide themselves into groups of 3 and spread out around the ice.
Stage 1
Girl with puck (X3) executes a figure 8 around X1 and X2 protecting puck as skates around. As drill progresses X1 and X2 provide resistance to help X3 learn to protect the puck.
Have each girl take a turn executing the figure eights.
Stage 2
Girl with puck (O3) executes a tight turn around O1 and then passes to O2. O2 returns pass to O3 and O3 executes a tight turn around O2. O2 then passes to O1 and receives pass back.
Have each girl take a turn executing the figure eights.
Stage 3
Girl with puck (Triangle 3) executes a tight turn around Triangle1 and then passes to Triangle2. Triangle2 leaves puck for Triangle 3. Triangle 3 then takes puck and executes a tight turn and repeats on the other side.
Have each girl take a turn executing the figure eights.
