Description
Line up players in 2 lines just outside of the blueline. Have at least three players in each line. Coach is positioned in the middle of the blueline with pucks.
Coach dumps puck into the corner.
X1 goes into retrieve puck and carries up the near boards. When X1 reaches hash marks X1 drops puck into corner. X1 continues around circle and positions herself in front of the net.
X2 follows X1 into the corner. When X1 drops puck X2 picks it up carries to hash marks and drops puck into the corner. X2 loops around circle to wait for pass from X3. X2 needs to time entry into the slot.
X3 delays slightly and follows routes of X1 and X2. After X3 picks up puck X3 passes to X2 in the slot. X2 takes shot on net.
