Description

Divide forwards into 2 groups and position in corners as shown. Divide D into 2 groups and position as shown. On whistle 1st forward in group walks around face off dot and takes shot on net. After shot F loops around and receives return pass from next forward in line. F then attacks D1 at the start of a 1 on 1. On whistle forward loops back and executes a tight turn, D tracks forward up ice and pivots to the inside to maintain gap control. Players execute 1v1 through rest of the ice.
