Description

Black: Puck Zone -- F1 pressures inside out, trying to
force the puck "Up" ice.

Orange: Support Zone -- F2 supports F1 by reading the play.
Is the puck going "Up" or "Over"?

Green: Slot Zone -- F3 balances the forecheck from the
slot, reading the play.
Is the puck going "Up" or "Over"?

Blue: Blue Zone -- D's balance the forecheck from the points

Red: Big Ice -- When the forecheck is beaten, all players
skate back hard through the big ice.
