Description

Coach passes the puck to one of four corners. Forwards attack the net. Defenceman either stick checks or attempts body contact on the attacking forward.

Notes: Drill ends when puck is knocked away or shot on goal is taken, quick tempo forwards rotate and go on coachs whistle.
