Description

Coach starts both ends at the same time with a whistle. F1 and F2 pass to D1 and D2. D's move puck to the middle while F's skate into deflect screen position. D's shoot F's fight to score one rebound. F's curl for pass from F line and proceed down their own side of the ice on a 1 vs. 1. D maintain gap and play 1vs. 1. F's and D's then go to lines on the end of ice they finished in.

Notes: Can add an extra forward for 2 vs.n 1's. Can have D flip sticks on 1 vs. 1 after they shoot to emphasize body position.
