Description

Station 1: X1 makes Tight Turns around pylons. X1 receives a pass from Coach, makes wide turn around border and goes in for shot. Move to other line as shown.

Station 2: O1 begins by doing backward crossovers around circle, pivots and skates forward briefly and then proceeds to skate backward around 1st pylon, Coach will pass puck and O1 continues backwards w/ puck to the end line. Move to other line as shown.
