Description

Coach takes turns passing to each player in order.
Hit the net = +1
Miss the net = -1
Score a goal = +2

*Can give a minus also for 1) Taking too long, 2) Moving in too close, 3) Too big of a backswing, etc.

Players keep track of their totals. First player to +5 wins.

Start over from other corner.

Notes: Things to watch for:

-Quick release
-Shallow backswing (hips) for slapshots. Still use a full follow through though.
-Stay above the ringette line
