Description

Start drill with phantom back checker at blue line .
Back-checker curls low and receives pass from corner
When pass made O (black) work 2-0 while X (red) fires out of corner to back-check open player

After shot back-checker X (red) curls receives pass O , this pair attack while X far corner applies back pressure

Back-checker leads next rush
