Defence starts with a puck, skates behind the net and passes to F1 on the wall. F1 skates down the boards and shoots. Stays infront for deflection.
After pass to F1, Defence picks up a puck just behind the net and skates around the net and makes the center pass to F2. F2 skates down far boards, takes a shot, stands infront for next deflection with F1.
After pass to F2, Defence skates around the net and up the ice to about the face-off dot, tops of the circles. Looks for stretch pass to F3. F3 picks up puck skates down for a shot. Stands in front with F1 and F2.
After pass, defence skates up ice to far blue line, receives a pass from the coach and takes a point shot with F1, F2 and F3 trying to screen and deflect the shot.
Notes: You can adjust the skating routes by the forwards to wherever.
