Description

Line players up as shown, coach dumps a puck in corner. F1 skates down in corner and picks up puck and skates behind net, the D & Goalie all move with the puck carrier. F1 passes the puck to D2 who then passes to D1 while F1 continues into a position for a good deflection shot coming from D1.

After shot same drill from other side.

Notes: Do drill for 5 min switching out D every 2 shots. After 5 min have forwards switch sides and do entire drill for another 5 Min
