Description

1 whistle x1 and o1 play 1 v 1 while O2 O3 X2 X3 stay still.

2nd whistle coach dumps new puck and x2 and o2 join to make it 2 v 2

3rd whistle o3 and x3 join to make it 3 v 3

- X (D) stay on the right side of the puck (ie between O and net)

- X see numbers press, see chest contain

- X do not back in on goalie.

Always switch up D and F as O and X's get a good mix so players are used to playing with each other.

Notes: Far side of the ice, 1 on 1 goalie drill with coach (switch goalies half way through drill)
