Description

1. On whistle, X1 and X4 skate 2 x 1/2 circles with pucks.
2. On same whistle, X2 and x3 skate 1/2 circles w/o pucks.
3. X1 and X4 look for hard seam pass to X2 and X3. X2 and X3 have to stay right on wall. X1 and X4 stay between wall and face off dots.
4. X2 and X3 skate hard to wide slot area for shot, then head to net for tip. X1 and X4 skate hard around centre and curl in to get pass from coach for high slot shot.
5. Switch lines (X1 and X4 should go to X2 and X3 spots; X2 and X3 should go to X1 and X4 spots_).
6. Repeat drill on whistle.

Notes: Hard X-over skating, puck control, good seam pass, stay for tip/screen.
